West Baltimore- The 2018 season opener at Douglass High School didn’t favor the home team tonight. The scrappy Mighty Ducks (0-1) fell to westside rival Edmondson (1-0) 81-65. The Red Storm dominated the second half of the game outscoring the Mighty Ducks 41-31. Edmondson went into halftime up six points after several lead changes in the first two periods. Keith Bolden’s 21 points was one of four Red Storm players scoring in double figures. 

Edmondson’s next game is also on the road against New Era next week. Douglass will turnaround and host Duval out of PG County tomorrow night at 7pm.
